Before you arrive:
What is your cancellation policy?
Some of our properties offer a Cancellation Protection Fee, and some of them don't. Here is the breakdown for both.
PROPERTY WITH CANCELATION PROTECTION OFFERED:
Cancelation Protection PURCHASED:
* If you cancel any time before 10:00 am (where your rental is located) of your arrival date, you'll receive a full refund minus the 7% Cancelation Fee and 6% of the booking fee.
Cancelation Protection NOT purchased:
* If your reservation is canceled 60+ days before your arrival date you'll receive a full refund minus the 6% booking fee.
* If your reservation is canceled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.
PROPERTY WITHOUT CANCELATION PROTECTION OFFERED:
* If your reservation is canceled 60+ days before your arrival date, you'll receive a full refund minus the 6% booking fee.
* If your reservation is canceled within 60 days of your arrival date, the funds will be held and the dates released. IF the property is rebooked (either partially or in full), the refund will equal the amount of the re-booking minus the original 6% booking fee. If the property is NOT rebooked, no refund will be provided.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m., and check-out is anytime before 10:00 a.m.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We can sometimes accommodate these requests (a fee may apply), so please inquire when you make your reservation or prior to your arrival.
Can I bring my pet?
Most of our properties are dog-friendly. The pet fee is $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. We do not allow any other types of pets (cats, birds, reptiles, goats, etc.). See our Rental Policies page for restrictions and additional information.
Do you offer extra travel insurance?

During or after your stay:
Can I have incoming packages delivered to the property?
You may ship directly to the home where you are staying using FedEx or UPS, however, we can not guarantee delivery or security of the package. This will be up to the shipping client and the shipping receiver to arrange. SDVR is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed deliveries. Returning late deliveries after a guest has left will incur an additional fee, plus cost of shipping.
I accidentally left something behind. What should I do?
SDVR assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the Guest's request. SDVR will not be held liable for the condition of the items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days will be donated.
