A 20-minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, you have several dining and entertainment options. Just a 10 minute walk to Ruth Hardy Park.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $100 + tax/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
- 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The highlight was definitely the pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the property itself was comfortable, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. The outdoor area around the pool was a peaceful oasis, making it hard to leave the property! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a fantastic getaway. Beautiful place in a great location. Very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. A bit cool to use the pool but loved sitting in the back yard and hearing the birds. Would stay here again if we return to Palm Springs.

This was an amazing space for our family! The large living area and kitchen was prefect for us and kitchen had everything needed as far as pots, cups, plates. Kids appreciated the basket of toys that the home had and played with them daily.
We loved the large jacuzzi and we very much enjoyed it! Place was clean and everything we could ask for. We wished we could stay even longer and look forward to returning to this home!
